Cut throats on kids Empty Cut throats on kids

So I saw a post on Facebook, it was about a child having a haircut ready for he's school photos.. The Barber had used a cut throat or his clippers were out of line? he was scratched to pieces.. Personally I use a cut throat on anyone over 10 if their skin permits but should they be used on adults only??
